2. How to Initiate a Return

2.3 Pack the Item
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging or another secure box to prevent damage during shipping. Ensure that all original tags, boxes, and documentation are included. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
2.4 Ship the Item
Once you have received the return label (if applicable), ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items must be in original condition to qualify for a full refund.
